Opening Ceremony

We start with opening remarks from our host, Nichole Veloso.
We will then welcome the event's guest speaker, John Hillary, former Executive Director of the anti-poverty charity, War on Want. There will be an opportunity for questions afterwards
Lunch
12-12:30
A short networking event that will provide a break ahead of student presentations.
Student Presentations 12:30-13:30
This is the main part of our event. Listen about the variety of ground-breaking research conducted by our student body from across the field of Social Sciences.
Workshop
13:45-14:30
Following a short tea break, we will have a workshop that will provide additional information for students about conducting independent research and it will allow students to brainstorm potential projects of their own.
