What information do I need to apply?

For presenters: Please provide an abstract (max 500 words) of your research project about: 

- Your research aims

- Expected findings

- Research question.

This can be delivered in any format you prefer.

 

For attendees: Please provide us with you name, email, and dietary requirements. 

Do I need to know everything about my research project to apply?

No. Although we do require an understanding of your chosen topic and expected findings, there is no expectation that you have completed your project by the time that you apply. 

We do expect that for the event on the May 3rd, you are able to present your project even full, so we recommend that your dissertation is near completion by this date.

How long will the event last?

The event will last between 2-3 hours but it will include a networking lunch as well as complimentary hot and cold beverages.

How much does it cost to attend?

The event is free to attend to both current and prospective students studying at the University of Nottingham.
